At Curated Leisure, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return and refund process is designed to be clear and hassle-free:

Return Window
You have a 30-day window from your purchase date to initiate a return. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. -
Return Shipping Charges

If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

If you’re returning an item because you’ve had a change of heart, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Defective or Damaged Items
Should you receive an item that is damaged or not functioning correctly, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process at no additional cost. Once the item is returned and verified, you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping fees. -
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide you no longer want your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. In this case, while you will receive a refund for the cost of the item, the return shipping fees will be deducted. -
Refund Process
After we receive and review your returned item, we will process your refund to the same payment method you used at checkout, typically within 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional few days for your bank or card issuer to display the refund. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@curatedleisure.com.
