In the Event of Damaged Goods

We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage—even minor flaws to the packaging—please make a note on your delivery receipt. If you're unable to check the contents at the moment of delivery yet suspect there might be an issue, simply mark the receipt with "suspect damage." Should you receive a damaged product, please email us photos at support@curatedleisure.com, and we will swiftly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, generally within one business day.
