Curated Leisure partners with a variety of premium suppliers and brands. As such, shipping times and rates may vary depending on the product and its origin.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Many of our premium brands offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
- Calculated Shipping: Some items may include a calculated shipping fee based on location, item weight, or brand shipping policies.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Processing time:
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery windows typically range from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the brand, item availability, and destination.
- Some high-end or made-to-order products may require longer lead times. If so, this will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
- Some items cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses — this will be listed in the product details.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with several suppliers, your order may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is fulfilled by each supplier.
- If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking updates.
Delays & Exceptions
- While we work closely with our supplier network to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to supply chain disruptions, high order volume, or regional carrier issues.
- If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist right away.
